The Theory of Peak Oil. We have passed our peak of oil production (imagine the top of a bell curve) and now are on our way down but our world population and demand is increasing. The world has been explored for new oil fields and there are none, or it would cost more to take it out than would be profit. Our economic crash was predicted years ago based on peak oil. It's a doc film and worth watching.
